    Karen joined the Partners team in 2018. With over 25 years of non-profit experience, her career includes development positions at Keck Graduate Institute (a Claremont College), City of Hope, and The Jewish Federation. She has also been a philanthropic consultant to several non-profit agencies, a Board Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and Chair of National Philanthropy Day in Los Angeles.

    Allyson joined Partners in Care Foundation in 2022. Prior to joining Partners, she served in various senior development and planned giving positions at Maryvale, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Huntington Medical Research Institutes in Pasadena, Caltech, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Scripps College in Claremont. She is a member of the Los Angeles Council of Charitable Gift Planners, where she served as President during the 2018-2019 term. Allyson practiced law in the Los Angeles area for several years before transitioning into planned and major gift fundraising.

    Margo joined Partners in Care Foundation in 2023. With many years in the private and public sectors, she brings her extensive experience in grants, contracts, and risk management to Partners. She held leadership roles with PATH, LAUSD, and Farmers Insurance Group. She is a UCLA alumna, committed to serving the local communities and supporting outreach programs.

    Victoria is a San Fernando Valley (SFV) native who joined Partners in Care Foundation in 2018. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology and English from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), and her master's degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She is a dedicated sociologist focused on supporting and uplifting the members of her community.
